В случае выявления несоответствия Товара по количеству и качеству, Покупатель обязан в течение (четырех) рабочих дней с момента приемки на складе Покупателя уведомить об этом Поставщика телеграммой либо письмом по факсу.

In case of non-conformity in quantity and quality, the Purchaser shall, within (four) working days from the date of acceptance of the buyer's warehouse to notify the Supplier by telegram or letter by fax.
