должен ли студент принимать участия в решения связанные с вузом, где он учится?
вопрос достаточно сложный, так как на данный вопрос можно смотреть под
разными углами.
Для начала хочется сказать, что для каждого студента вуз значит очень много,
ведь он проводит в нем много времени. Не даром говорят "для студента вуз-это
второй дом". Для многих людей студенческая пора является лучшим периодом в
жизни. В университете ты получаешь знания, которые тебе необходимы в будующем,
ты заводишь друзей, узнаешь о мире много нового и главное можешь "найти себя". Я
думаю, много студентов хотят учавствовать в жизни вуза именно поэтому.
В студенческие годы у человека ,как правило, идет основное развитие личности, а для
развития ему необходима свобода, и поэтому многие из нас стремятся к демократии.
Самоуправление в вузе- это маленький вариант демократии. В процессе участия в
самоуправлении у студентов приобретаются практические навыки творческой
управленческой деятельности, и происходит становление культуры ответственности.
В процессе самоуправления студент приобретает чувство сопричастности жизни вуза
и общества, навыки постановки социально-значимых целей, планирования их
достижения и реализации в практической деятельности. Более того, реально
действующее студенческое самоуправление позволяет обществу получать импульс к
дальнейшему развитию.
С другой стороны молодой и неопытный студент не может принимать важные для
вуза решения. Он не имеет соответствующих навыков и знаний для управления. Люди
склонны совершать ошибки, но чем старше человек становиться, тем меньше он
ошибается.
Подводя итог, я могу сказать, что для эффективной работы вуза необходим
компромисс- самоуправление должно работать с администрацией на
взаимоотношениях партнёров, а не на подчинённости.
