Стороны договорились о сотрудничестве в сфере разработки и реализации основных и дополнительных программ с региональными зонами ответственности; в сфере межбиблиотечного сотрудничества; о внедрении дистанционных образовательных технологий; об увеличении академической мобильности научно-педагогических кадров; об организации и проведении совместных научно-исследовательских работ, а также научно-образовательных мероприятий.
