Дополнительное соглашение №1
к Договору поручения №02/06/16 от 2 июня 2016 года

г. Алматы «1» июля 2016 года

Товарищество с ограниченной ответственностью «Осстем Имплант» (Osstem Implant), именуемое в дальнейшем «Доверитель», в лице Директора JEONG JEA UK, действующего на основании Устава, с одной стороны, и
Индивидуальный предприниматель Юридическая компания «Nurai», в лице Нурайдарова Данияра Муратжановича, именуемый в дальнейшем «Поверенный» с другой стороны, далее совместно именуемыми «Стороны», заключили настоящее Дополнительное соглашение №1 (далее – Дополнительное соглашение) к Договору поручения №02/06/16 от 2 июня 2016 года (далее – Договор) о нижеследующем.

1. Доверитель и Поверенный совместно именуемые - Стороны.
2. Стороны пришли к общему согласию и решили увеличить сумму вознаграждения по Договору. В связи с этим, читать пункт 2.1. Договора «Доверитель ежемесячно обязуется уплачивать вознаграждение Поверенному, сумму в размере 100 000 (Сто тысяч) тенге, путем выдачи наличными из кассы Доверителя, либо перечислением на расчётный счет Поверенного, либо иным законным путем.».
3. Настоящее Дополнительное соглашение вступает в силу со 2 июля 2016 года.
4. Настоящее Дополнительное соглашение является необъемлемой частью Договора.
5. Все остальные пункты Договора остаются неизменными.
6. Настоящее соглашение составлено в двух экземплярах, по одному для каждой стороны.
