We are about to start calculationg the membership fees for next year. The data you provide is crucial in enabling us to calculate it correctly and fairly.

As an industry/service provider, your 2017 fee will be based on the 2015 consolidated audited turnover (in public transport related business) of your company/group. We therefore kindly ask you to complete the attached document with that figure and return it to us by July 15th. Please be assured that any data provided is for internal use only and will be treated confidentially.

Should you fail to provide us with the required information, UITP reserves the right to make a reasonable estimate of the figure, as indicated in the Internal Rules approved by the General Assembly, and will therefore apply a cumulative OECD index to the last communicated turnover figure.

Please also send us a copy of your company’s latest available activity/financial report.
