Когда я работала менеджером-продавцом в вентиляционной компании, моими обязанностями были холодные звонки. У меня не было опыта в этой работе и я очень боялась разговаривать по телефону с покупателями. Мне было страшно разговаривать с незнакомыми людьми и предлагать им товар.


Этот опыт научил меня справляться со своим страхом и не бояться что-то делать. Я сумела преодолеть себя и научилась вести переговоры с покупателями

When I worked as a Manager in a ventilation company, my responsibilities have been cold calling. I did not have experience in this work, and I was very afraid to talk on the phone with buyers. I was scared to talk to strangers and to offer them a product.This experience taught me how to cope with their fear and not be afraid to do something. I was able to overcome myself and learned to negotiate with buyers
