Нарушение Подрядчиком гарантий, предусмотренных п. 16.17 Договора, влечет взыскание штрафа в размере 10% от размера задолженности Подрядчика перед субподрядчиком(-ами). Штраф назначается по результатам контрольных мероприятий, проведенных Заказчиком в соответствии с п. 9.2.6 Договора.

Violation of the guarantees provided by the Contractor p. 16.17 Treaty involves the recovery of a fine of 10% of the size of the debt from the contractor before the subcontractor (s). A fine may be imposed based on the results of the monitoring activities carried out by the customer in accordance with clause 10.2.6 of the Treaty.

Violation of the Contractor guarantees provided by para. 16.17 of the Treaty, shall entail a fine in the amount of 10% of the amount payable to the Contractor's subcontractor (s).
