РЫНОК ЦЕННЫХ БУМАГ, ФОНДОВАЯ БИРЖА, АНДЕРРАЙТИНГ, ПЕРВИЧНОЕ РАЗМЕЩЕНИЕ, ВТОРИЧНЫЙ ОБОРОТ, КАПИТАЛИЗАЦИЯ, ЦЕННАЯ БУМАГА, АКЦИЯ, ОБЛИГАЦИЯ, ЛИСТИНГ

Объект исследования ― рынок ценных бумаг.
Предмет исследования ― возникновение и функционирование рынка ценных бумаг в Республике Беларусь и перспективы его развития.
Цель работы: изучение рынка ценных бумаг и определение его функций и роли в экономике, а так же изучение механизма функционирования и процесса становления рынка ценных бумаг Республики Беларусь.
Методы исследования: описания, систематизации, классификации, аналитический метод, метод сравнительного анализа, статистический, графический, метод сбора фактов.
Исследования и разработки: на основе изучения возникновения и функционирования рынка ценных бумаг определены основные проблемы и перспективы развития рынка ценных бумаг Республики Беларусь.
Элементы научной новизны:.
Область возможного практического применения: лекции, семинарские занятия.
Апробация (внедрение): сообщение на научном кружке, выступление на поточной конференции по итогам года, выступление на университетской конференции.
Результаты внедрения: акт о внедрении в учебный процесс.
Технико-экономическая, социальная и экономическая значимость: изучение рынка ценных бумаг является очень актуальным в конце ХХ века, так как именно в этот период Республика Беларусь становится самостоятельным государством, где существует своя экономика.
Автор работы подтверждает, что приведенный в курсовой работе расчётно-аналитический материал правильно и объективно отражает состояние исследуемого процесса, а все заимствованные из литературных и других источников теоретические, методические положения и концепции сопровождаются ссылками на их авторов.
