Cocos3D совсем не то, что я хотел, а вот CocoonJS как раз работает с WebGL

я выслал Debug-версию приложения под Android(APK) - копия examples/horse.html

и, конечно, я могу сохранить проект и для iOS, но не знаю как тестировать
