9. ОБЯЗАННОСТИ СТОРОН
9.1. НАЙМОДАТЕЛЬ по этому Договору принимает на себя следующие обязательства:
9.1.1. Предоставить ПОМЕЩЕНИЕ, сдаваемое в наём, в пользование НАНИМАТЕЛЮ в пригодном для проживания состоянии.
9.1.2. НАЙМОДАТЕЛЬ обязан предупредить НАНИМАТЕЛЯ об особых свойствах и недостатках ПОМЕЩЕНИЯ, которые ему известные и какие могут быть опасными для жизни, здоровья, имущества НАНИМАТЕЛЯ или других лиц или привести к повреждению самого ПОМЕЩЕНИЯ во время пользования им.

9. OBLIGATIONS of the PARTIES9.1. the landlord hereunder shall assume the following responsibilities:9.1.1. Provide PREMISES rented rentals, for use by the employer in serviceable condition for living condition.9.1.2. the landlord is obliged to notify the EMPLOYER about the special properties and deficiencies in the PREMISES known to him, and what can be dangerous to life, health, property of the employer or other persons or cause damage to the PREMISES while using them.

9.1. The renter of this Agreement shall assume the following obligations:
9.1.1. Provide facilities, lease rentals, for use by the employer in a suitable state of residence.
9.1.2. The landlord is obliged to inform the employer about the special properties and the lack of space, which are known and which can be life-threatening, health, property of the employer or others or cause damage to the room during use them.
