Изучение основных законодательных и нормативных актов, должностных инструкции, паспортов рабочих мест, методических материалов по управлению персоналом и рекомендаций по разработке численности рабочих. Участие в анализе производственно-хозяйственной деятельности производства №1 АГПЗ, а именно в анализе функций руководства подразделений. Подготовка различной документации (служебные письма, протоколы, листы ознакомления).
