9. Обязанность предоставления документов
9.1. В течение срока действия положений настоящего Договора Исполнитель по просьбе Заказчика в любое время и по любой причине обязуется представить Заказчику весь находящийся в ведении Исполнителя материал, связанный с проведением Работ или Конфиденциальной информацией, вне зависимости от его формы, включая письменные работы, дизайн, документацию, записи, базы данных, магнитные пленки, программное обеспечение и т.п., но не ограничиваясь ими.
