В случае нарушения Заемщиком срока

В случае нарушения Заемщиком срока возврата займа, указанного в п. 2 настоящего договора, Заемщик обязан уплатить Займодавцу неустойку в размере 2% ( двух процентов) от невозвращенной суммы займа за каждый день просрочки, при этом сумма процентов за пользование денежными средствами не учитывается и остается неизменной.
