Добрый день г-ин Моррон! Как вам известно, Мы ТОО "Теплотехникс 2" до этого несколько раз писали в Unico про ошибки на ПО LRP311 и SRP330. В этих версиях мы обнаружили, что замерные данные не сохраняются. Это очень плохо. Наши Заказчики со всех месторождении Казахстана жалуются нам на эти версии.
1. Исправили ли Вы этих ошибок?
2. Как долго нам еще надо ждать исправленных версии?
3. В крайнем случае, мы будем вынуждены откатить версии прошивок на старые версии. Так как, Мы знаем, что Unico по гарантийным обязательствам требует от нас установить последние версии на все оборудовании.
