Каждая Компания Группы обладает полным и неограниченным правом собственности на акции в своих Дочерних компаниях, согласно Приложению 2, акции Дочерних компаний являются свободно обращаемыми и свободными от каких-либо Обременений. Ни одна из Компаний Группы не владеет акциями или пакетами акций в какой-либо корпорации, компании, партнерстве или ином юридическом лице, за исключением Дочерней компании. Ни одна из Компаний Группы не предпринимала попыток приобрести акции или пакеты акций либо осуществить дальнейшие инвестиции, прямые или косвенные, в какую-либо корпорацию, компанию, партнерство или иное юридическое лицо (включая любую Дочернюю компанию).
