Она добрая, умная и веселая девочка. Она попала в удивительную страну. Как-то золотистым полднем маленькая Алиса последовала за Белым Кроликом, который исчез внизу в глубокой норе. Она бросилась туда и попала в мир «шиворот - навыворот» - в Страну Чудес. Там она встречается с Королевой Червей и ее армией. Побеседовала с говорящей посудой. Встретила знаменитого Чеширского Кота. Познакомилась с Шалтай-Болтаем. В Стране Чудес Алиса несколько раз меняется в размерах: то уменьшается, то увеличивается. Поэтому все вокруг изменяется в обратном отношении. Но Алиса не растерялась в этой чудесной стране и всегда находила выход из любой ситуации.
