В ответ на ваше письмо сообщаем, что в нашей фирме отчетность ведется ежеквартально, то есть с 1 января по 31 марта, могу заверить Вас, что данная отчетность необходима для нашей компании в целях подведения отчетов за каждый квартал. Те деньги, которые вы оплатили за мартовский объем в апреле, были приняты и учтены за мартовский объем, как и оговаривалось в настоящем контракте. Прошу Вас принять во внимание тот факт, что баланс проведен на 31.03.2014г., в последующих актах сверок у нас будут фигурировать все выплаты за март, так как мартовский объем был отгружен с переходом на апрель.
В последующих месяцах таких несоответствий не должно быть, так как мы прилагаем все усилия для своевременной отгрузки.
