Электронный научный журнал «Моделирование, оптимизация и информационные технологии» («МОИТ») — рецензируемый научный журнал, издающийся с 2013 года. Учредителем является Воронежский институт высоких технологий – автономная некоммерческая образовательная организация высшего профессионального образования.

Журнал выходит четыре раза в год. «МОИТ» публикует научные обзоры, статьи проблемного и научно-практического характера в области применения системного анализа, математического моделирования, оптимизации и информационных технологий в различных областях науки и техники, в частности следующих групп специальностей:

05.13.00 Информатика, вычислительная техника и управление
03.01.09 Математическая биология, биоинформатика
05.11.16 Информационно-измерительные и управляющие системы (по отраслям)
05.25.05 Информационные системы и процессы

Журнал зарегистрирован в Федеральной службе по надзору в сфере связи, информационных технологий и массовых коммуникаций. Свидетельство Эл. № ФС77-53577 от 4 апреля 2013 года. Журнал является сетевым продолжающимся электронным
изданием ISSN 2310-6018.

C 2013 года журнал включен в Российский индекс научного цитирования РИНЦ и представлен в открытом доступе на платформе Научной электронной библиотеки eLIBRARY.RU.

Это обеспечивает возможность ознакомления с материалами значительно более
широкой аудитории и способствует повышению уровня публикаций в журнале.

Двухлетний импакт-фактор РИНЦ без самоцитирования за 2014 год – 4,882.

Публикации в журнале учитываются как опубликованные работы при защите диссертаций на соискание ученых степеней России и зарубежья.

Доступ к публикациям свободный. Журнал не имеет бумажной версии.
К публикации принимаются статьи, ранее нигде не опубликованные и не
представленные к печати в других изданиях.
Статьи, поступающие в редакцию, публикуются после рецензирования членами
редколлегии – специалистами по соответствующей области науки и техники.
Редакция имеет право направлять статьи на независимое рецензирование.
За достоверность сведений, изложенных в статьях, ответственность несут авторы публикаций.
При использовании материалов ссылка на журнал и авторов статей обязательна.
