DISPATCH COSTS/ PARTICIPATION IN POST AND PACKAGING COSTS
The EDQM has established three geographical dispatch zones for participation in post and packaging costs for the
European Pharmacopoeia (books, periodicals and USB Stick):
 ZONE 1: EUROPE includes the Member States of the European Pharmacopoeia (Austria, Belgium, Bosnia
and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, the former
Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia,
Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia,
Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and United Kingdom).
 ZONE 2: Includes other European Countries, United States and Canada
 ZONE 3: The rest of the world
Zone 1:
For deliveries to Zone 1, no additional charges will be made for participation in post and packaging costs.
Participation in post and packaging costs will be charged for every order for books and USB Stick of the 7th Editions
of the European Pharmacopoeia, periodicals and proceedings.
Participation costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. This participation is subject
to change at any time without notice and depends on variations in the prices for such services.

Currently, the maximum participation costs are currently capped at 3,000 Euros.

Distributors will be granted a discount for all EDQM publication. The EDQM will not issue any longer publications
directly to the end user.
The sale prices for publications are exclusive of duties and taxes and are given in Euros.
When ordering goods from www.edqm.eu/store for delivery outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and
taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and
cannot predict what they may be.
