16" июня 2016 г. между нашей организацией – ООО "ВИЛО УКРАИНА" (далее - "покупатель") и "WILO Pompa Sistemleri A.S." (далее - "продавец") был заключен договор купли-продажи № 03/2016-Wilo Pompa Sistemleri. В соответствии с п. 5 договора продавец обязался передать покупателю товар в надлежащей таре и упаковке, а именно «упаковка должна обеспечивать полное сохранение товара и уберечь товар от повреждений при транспортировке всеми видами транспорта учитывая перегрузки, а также уберечь товар от атмосферных влияний».
Однако при получении товара нами было обнаружено, что большая часть товара упакована в воздушно-пузырчатую пленку, что не соответствует требованиям договора и привело к частичной порче за время транспортировки (см. файл во вложении).
В связи с вышеизложенным вынуждены требовать компенсацию за устранение дефектов поставленного товара. Полная сумма наших дополнительных затрат будет просчитана сервисным отделом в ближайшее время и сообщена дополнительно.
Также необходимо принять меры для обеспечения надлежащего вида упаковки в последующих партиях, а именно обеспечить постановку баков на паллеты с соответствующим закреплением на них.

The total amount of our additional costs will be calculated in the Service Department as soon as possible and communicated further.It is also necessary to take measures to ensure the proper type of packing in successive instalments, namely to ensure placing tanks on pallets with relevant fastening on them.
