Очень усердная и трудолюбивая студентка, активна в научной деятельности. Доказательством тому является ее участие в нескольких научных конференциях. К примеру: одна из них проходила в стенах университета темой научной статьи являлась беременность и ожирение. А другая ее научная работа была посвящена теме гендерного неравенства проходившая в городе Алматы. Эльвира имеет талант к изучению языков, на протяжении двух лет изучения английского языка на нашей кафедре она сумела отточить свои знания и помочь другим студентам в изучении. Также хорошо знаю о том, что она посещает курсы немецкого языка, приняла участие в летней школе, организованной ДААД. Также изучает французский язык и планирует использовать эти знания для будущей профессии врача.
Эльвира разносторонний человек и стремится углубить свои знания в отдельных отраслях медицины. Для этого также посещает курсы хирургической ассоциации карагандинской области посвященные различным тематикам в отрасли хирургии, посещает студенческие научные кружки по терапии, хирургии и психиатрии. Также считаю это отличным показателем её энергичности и умения правильно распределять время.
Принимает активное участие в общественной жизни университета. Под руководством организации Xnet проводили агитирование студентов в участии ( one drive вот это дерьмо найтм найти о чем оно). Является волонтёром в Комитете Студенческого Самоуправления.
В стенах общежития, в котором проживает, является представителем культурно-массового сектора, организовывала очень интересные и тематические мероприятия для студентов КГМУ.
Является очень коммуникабельной и общительной студенткой, за период обучения на кафедре сумела найти общий язык со всеми студентами своей и параллельной группы.
Помогала некоторым отстающим студентам. Посещала языковой кружок, организованный кафедрой иностранных языков.
