According to the Universal Postal Convention in the General Rules applicable to the international postal service is written:
1) any mail belongs to the sender until it was handed to the recipient, unless it has been detained under the laws of the country or destination.
2) The bearer of the postal may withdraw it from the post office, change or correct the address. Tariffs and other conditions set out in the Regulations.
Из выше написанного у меня есть вопрос: если я не получил свой заказ до этого времени, maybe торговец уже отозвал назад это почтовое отправление?
