При наступлении обстоятельств, указанных в п. 1 ст. 17 настоящего Соглашения, каждая Сторона должна без промедления известить о них в письменном виде другую Сторону. Извещение должно содержать данные о характере обстоятельств, а также официальные документы, удостоверяющие наличие этих обстоятельств и, по возможности, дающие оценку их влияния на возможность исполнения Стороной своих обязательств по данному Соглашению.
Если Сторона не направит или несвоевременно направит извещение, то она обязана возместить другой Стороне понесенные ею убытки.
В случаях наступления обстоятельств, предусмотренных в п. 1 ст. 17 настоящего Соглашения, срок выполнения Стороной обязательств по настоящему Соглашению отодвигается соразмерно времени, в течение которого действуют эти обстоятельства и их последствия.
Если наступившие обстоятельства, перечисленные в п. 1 ст. 17 настоящего Соглашения, и их последствия продолжают действовать более двух месяцев, Стороны проводят дополнительные переговоры для выявления приемлемых альтернативных способов исполнения настоящего Соглашения.

Upon the occurrence of the circumstances referred to in paragraph 1 of art. 17 of this agreement, each Party shall without delay notify the other party in writing. Such notice shall contain data on the nature of the circumstances, as well as official documents proving the existence of those circumstances and, if possible, giving an assessment of their impact on the possibility of execution of a party with its obligations under this agreement.If a party fails to send or will send a notice to the untimely, then it is obliged to compensate the other party for damages incurred.In cases of occurrence of circumstances provided for in paragraph 1 of art. 17 of this agreement, the term of performance by a party of its obligations under this Agreement shall be delayed in proportion to the time during which these circumstances apply and their consequences.If those circumstances listed in paragraph 1 of art. 17 of this agreement and its consequences continue to operate more than two months, the Parties shall hold further negotiations to identify suitable alternative methods of execution of this agreement.
