5-го пальца левой стопы отсутствует

5-го пальца левой стопы отсутствует ногтевая фаланга. Деструкция дистального конца основной фаланги.
На МРТ позвоночника признаки Сирингогидромиелии. Тетеринг синдром.
Лечение: ежедневно перевязки, обработка раны антисептиками Мирапим 1.0 х 2 раза в/м. Меркацин 100мг. по 0.6 мл х 2 раза в/м.
В результате лечения рана зажила. В удовлетворительном состоянии выписана на дальнейшее лечение невропатолога, нейрохирурга.
