Навык развит полностью. Совместно с командой Волгоградского дивизиона разработан DDP на 2014 год. Распределили роли руководителей для достижения цели, согласно выставленным задачам. Ежеквартально предоставляли обратная связь по результатам проделанной работы всем заинтересованным лицам. Благодаря вовлечению руководителей территорий в процесс постановки цели, команда Волгоградского дивизиона перевыполнила задачи по дистрибуции и RLP с результатом выше ожидаемого.
