Сегодня для жителей сразу нескольких регионов страны, включая столичный, одна из главных тем обсуждения — цветные (оттенки колебались от красно-бурого до бледно-желтого) дожди, прошедшие в понедельник и вторник. Мнения по поводу их происхождения разошлись…
Как рассказали «ФАКТАМ» в Центре пропаганды ГУ МЧС Украины в Закарпатской области, осадки желтого цвета выпали на территории Ужгородского, Перечинского, Береговского и Раховского районов. Местные экологи наиболее вероятными считают две версии произошедшего. Первую связывают с аварией на заводе по производству цемента в городе Байя-Борша на северо-западе Румынии: в атмосферу было выброшено большое количество цементной пыли. В пользу этой версии свидетельствует роза ветров за 18 апреля и тот факт, что рыжие дожди прошли также над Словакией и Венгрией. Как известно, аварии на румынских предприятиях довольно часто влияют на экологическую ситуацию в Закарпатье. Например, 4 сентября 2004 года из-за аварии на подземной трубе для транспортировки шлаков на золотодобывающей шахте «Байя-Борша» произошел выброс тяжелых металлов в речку Цисла, впадающую в Тису — основную водную артерию Закарпатья.
Вторая версия закарпатцев — «северо-африканская», связанная с возможностью трансконтинентального переноса воздушных масс. Все помнят зиму 2004 года, когда села Тихое и Гусиное Великоберезнянского района укрылись… оранжевым снегом. Но узнать об этом точно, по словам начальника Севастопольского городского управления МЧС Мирослава Сагайдака, можно будет лишь через два-три месяца после проведения необходимых анализов в… Ташкенте (Узбекистан) — только там есть соответствующая лаборатория.
Жители Запорожской области очень переживали в понедельник, не связан ли красно-бурый дождь с выбросом химических веществ на атомной станции. Однако сотрудники информационного центра ЗАЭС категорически заявили, что станция работает в нормальном режиме и никаких выбросов, способных привести к выпадению цветных осадков, не было.
В Днепропетровской области в рыжий цвет окрасились дома и деревья в областном центре, Павлограде, Никополе, Орджоникидзе, Солонянском и Синельниковском районах. Везде, где обнаружили странные осадки, сразу были развернуты лаборатории радиологического контроля областной санэпидемстанции. Как сообщил собкору «ФАКТОВ» Наталье Гармаш заведующий радиологическим отделом областной СЭС Вадим Корнев, уровень радиации в местах расположения рыжих пятен в пределах нормы — 8-12 миллирентген в час. Санэпидемстанция изучает ряд версий ЧП, включая пылевую бурю в пустыне Сахара.
У россиян же по поводу рыжих дождей есть особое мнение. По сообщению интернет-сайта newsru. com, в начале недели в поселке Журавка Воронежской области на заводе по производству охры (природного пигмента для изготовления краски, содержащей в себе гидроксид железа и частицы глины) произошел выброс, из-за которого цветной дождь пролился в Кантемировском и Калачеевском районах области. По утверждению специалистов, опасности для здоровья людей и животных выпавшие осадки не представляют. А вот жители Ставрополья, также пострадавшие от необычного дождя, утверждают, что оставшиеся коричневатые пятна не смываются с одежды (особенно кожаной).
Похоже, к единому мнению отечественные специалисты еще не пришли. Придется довериться их утверждению об абсолютной безопасности странных осадков?
