Многолетний опыт подтверждает, что организация перевозки грузов на автопоездах дает сокращение расхода топлива на 25...30%,по сравнению с одиночными автомобилями.
Наиболее важно повышать коэффициент использования пробега при увеличении расстояния перевозки. Весьма ощутимо повышается производительность путем сокращения времени простоя автомобиля под погрузкой-разгрузкой, особенно при малых расстояниях перевозок.
Компания должна стараться удерживать данный показатель на высоком уровне, а также проводить мероприятия, которые позволят либо его увеличить, либо поддерживать его на таком же уровне [17].
2.3 Организация применения клиентоориентированных технологий на СП «ВестТрансЛайн» ООО
В современных условиях, когда предприятиям дана самостоятельность в разработке своих производственных программ, планов развития, определения стратегии в области ценовой политики, существенно возрастает ответственность руководителей за принимаемые ими управленческие решения.
