Каждое физическое, юридическое лицо или государственный уполномоченный орган, полагаясь или ссылаясь на настоящую Доверенность, вправе предполагать окончательно, что эта Доверенность имеет действительную силу (за исключением случая, когда настоящая доверенность будет отменена в установленном законом порядке). Любое лицо может полагаться на копию этой Доверенности, которая будет действительной и правильной копией оригинала.
