Спорт занимает главную роль в нашей жизни. Мой любимый вид спорта - это плавание и лыжные катания. Летом я хожу на плавание в санаторий Алматы, а зимой на лыжные катания в горный резорт Шымбулак. Я думаю, что плавание делает нас здоровыми и сильными. А катание на лыжах, это самое веселое занятие.
Во-первых, я провожу весело своё время на природе.
Во- вторых, я укрепляю тем самым свое здоровье. Мне не зря с детства твердили, что чистый воздух является главным источником нашего здорового организма.
