Поздравить с назначением в качестве Посла Малайзии в Кыргызстане и отметить, что кыргызская сторона возлагает на Посла большие надежды в деле продвижения кыргызско-малазийских отношений.

Политическое сотрудничество:
1. Констатировать, что 2014 год стал знаковым для двусторонних кыргызско-малазийских отношений, где проведенные в этот период мероприятия позволили вывести текущий уровень политического диалога и культурно-гуманитарного сотрудничества между странами на более качественный и новый уровень.
2. В частности, отметить, что центральными мероприятиями стали рабочий визит Министра иностранных дел КР в Малайзию 17 февраля т.г., а также официальный визит Министра иностранных дел Малайзии А.Амана в КР 8-10 сентября т.г.
3. Дополнить, что в ходе встречи с Главой МИД Малайзии А.Аманом в рамках 42-ой сессии СМИД ОИС, в г. Эль-Кувейте в конце мая 2015 г. было подчеркнуто, что сторонам следует сконцентрировать совместные усилия на реализацию, достигнутых в Чолпон-Ате, договоренностей.
4. В частности, отметить, что кыргызская сторона с большим оптимизмом ожидает открытие Посольства Малайзии в Бишкеке. Поинтересоваться ходом проработки данного вопроса с малазийской стороны.
Справочно:По информации ПКР в Малайзии, в данное время соответствующие бумаги по открытию подготовлены соответствующим структурным подразделением МИД Малайзии и находятся у главы МИД А.Амана.
С учетом пересмотра госбюджета на 2015 г. в январе т.г. в сторону сокращения расходов на 5 млрд. рингит (падение цен на нефть), госорганам было дано поручение адаптировать расходы с учетом сокращения госрасходов. В этой связи полагается, что открытие новых диппредставительств за рубежом временно «заморожены».
5. Также отметить, что одной из договоренностей с Министром А.Аманом в Кувейте стало решение провести двустороннюю встречу Президента КР и Премьер-министра Малайзии на полях ГА ООН в Нью-Йорке осенью т.г.

Экономическое сотрудничество:
6. Также отметить, что также кыргызская сторона ожидает решения по открытию Регионального офиса Малазийского агентства развития торговли (МАТРЕЙД) по Центральной Азии в г. Бишкеке.
7. Подчеркнуть, что положительное решение вопроса позволит активизировать торгово-экономические связи Малайзии не только с КР, но и со странами ЦА и в частности, со странами ЕАЭС и заверить, что кыргызская сторона готова создать самые благоприятные условия для размещения офиса МАТРЕЙД.
8. Выразить благодарность за предложенную дату (23 июля 2015 г.) проведения в 2015 г. в г. Путраджайе очередного 7-го заседания МПК.
9. Информировать, что данное предложение было направлено на рассмотрение в Министерство финансов КР (Сопредседатель кыргызской части Комиссии) и в Министерство экономики КР (Секретариат всех кыргызских МПК) на рассмотрение. Дополнить, что при этом МИД КР будет настаивать на согласии кыргызской стороны с предложенной датой.
10. Напомнить собеседнику, что во время последней встречи в Чолпон-Ате, кыргызская сторона также выразила заинтересованность в возобновлении работы по совместной разработке нового Мастер-плана экономического развития Кыргызстана на долгосрочный период (Joint Kyrgyzstan-Malaysia Economic Study on Kyrgyz Republic).
11. В связи с чем, сообщить, что кыргызская сторона также ожидает более предметных обсуждений по данному вопросу с малазийской стороной и поинтересоваться ходом рассмотрения данного вопроса.
Справочно: По информации МИД Малайзии просьба кыргызской стороны направлена в Отдел экономического планирования Офиса Премьер-министра Малайзии.

Сотрудничество в рамках международных организаций:
12. Поздравить с избранием в октябре 2014 г. в качестве непостоянного члена СБ ООН на период 2015-2016 гг.
Справочно: Кыргызстан поддержал кандидатуру Малайзии в качестве НПЧ СБ ООН, соответствующая нота была передана А.Амана в ходе его визита в Кыргызстан в сентябре 2014 г.
