2.3. В случае поставки Товара без сопроводительных документов, подтверждающих его качество, а также со сроком годности не соответствующем п. 2.4. настоящего Договора, Покупатель вправе отказаться от приемки данного Товара.
2.4. Срок годности Товара на момент передачи Поставщиком должен составлять не менее 85 % от общего срока годности Товара.
2.5. В случае выявления несоответствия товара требованиям действующего законодательства Российской Федерации, неправильно оформленных или не предоставленных Поставщиком Покупателю документов на товар, отсутствия информации в товаросопроводительных документах о наличии сертификатов и (или) деклараций о соответствии на товар, либо отсутствия информации необходимой для торговли поставленным товаром, штрафные санкции, наложенные на Покупателя контролирующими органами и третьими лицами, а также иные расходы и убытки, понесенные Покупателем, возмещает Поставщик.
