Минусов в работе на сервисе Твич на

Минусов в работе на сервисе Твич на мой взгляд мало,но они все таки присутствую:
В сервисе много проблем связанных с пользователями. Очень много людей пользуется нашей платформой,и чем больше пользователей тем больше нарушителей. Так же много дел по улучшению интерфейса,улучшению качества трансляций. Поэтому если я попаду на работу в компанию Твич,я представляю тот объем работы который мне предстоит выполнять.
