Наймодатель и Наниматель вправе дос

Наймодатель и Наниматель вправе досрочно расторгнуть договор найма, при этом необходимо письменно уведомить другую сторону договора не менее чем за 30 календарных дней до дня расторжения договора. При несоблюдении этого условия, сторона-инициатор расторжения договора обязана будет выплатить другой стороне неустойку в размере стоимости 1 (одного) месяца найма квартиры (п.2.1.).
При соблюдении сторонами условий договора и его досрочном расторжении по инициативе Наймодателя в теч. 6 месяцев с момента заключения договора, Наймодатель выплачивает Нанимателю неустойку в размере _______________ (____________________________________) рублей.
