Relations with the media or the press, perhaps, are the most important and integral part of PR. Relations with the media are essentially two-way process. This is the link between the Organization and the press, radio and television. On the one hand, the organization provides information and at the request of the media creates a climate that continual improvement mode, on the other hand, the media are taking steps to issue comments and news.
