Платеж за товар, проданный по настоящему Контракту, должен быть произведен из безотзывного подтвержденного аккредитива, который должен быть открыт Покупателем в банке в пользу Продавца на стоимость каждой партии товара, подлежащей отгрузке, срок действия аккредитива - 30 дней.
Аккредитив должен быть открыт не позже чем за 10 дней до согласованного срока отгрузки каждой партии товара. Расходы по открытию, изменению и использованию аккредитива оплачивает Покупатель. Платеж из аккредитива производится при представлении Продавцом банку следующих документов:
1) полный комплект чистого бортового коносамента, выписанного на имя покупателя, с указанием, что товар отгружен и фрахт оплачен;
2) оригинал счета;
3) сертификата о качестве, выданного заводом-изготовителем или Продавцом;
4) спецификации.
