Успешно проведены общественные слушания по проекту Дыбенко 8
Группа Компаний AAG приняла участие в общественных слушаниях по проекту планировки и проекту межевания территории, ограниченной Дальневосточным пр., ул. Дыбенко, Октябрьской наб., проектируемым проездом в Невском районе.
Земельный участок по адресу ул. Дыбенко, д. 8 был приобретен AAG в июне 2014. Ранее участок принадлежал ОАО «Петербургснабречфлот».
На данной территории AAG планирует реализовать проект по жилищному строительству. Срок готовности градостроительной документации для начала проектирования – август 2014.
