Контроль лексической и грамматической компетенции (использование языка) предусматривает определение уровня сформированности языковых навыков: способности самостоятельно подбирать и формообразовывать лексические единицы и грамматические явления в соответствии с коммуникативными потребностями общения в рамках сформулированных задач. Основными принципами для выбора видов и содержания тестов служат задачи коммуникативно-когнитивного направления.
УЧАСТНИКИ ВНЕШНЕГО НЕЗАВИСИМОГО ОЦЕНИВАНИЯ
Во внешнем независимом оценивании по иностранному языку участвуют выпускники общеобразовательных учебных заведений всех форм собственности, желающие вступить в высшие учебные заведения Украины, которые включили иностранный язык в перечень предметов, необходимых для поступления на соответствующий факультет.
ЦЕЛЬ ВНЕШНЕГО НЕЗАВИСИМОГО ОЦЕНИВАНИЯ
Цель – выявить уровень сформированности иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции у выпускников общеобразовательных учебных учреждений в соответствии с Государственным стандартом базового и полного общего среднего образования, действующих учебных программ и Общеевропейских рекомендаций по языковому образованию.
