6 лет назад мой отец дал нам машину

6 лет назад мой отец дал нам машину. Старую, но в хорошем состоянии. Мой экс ездил на ней и работал. Но в проглом году он купил другую. И эту поставил у моего дома. Вернуть моему отцу ее назад он не хочет ( это была сделка, экс подписал документы о недвижимости и получил машину в пользование)
Экс считаем машину его. Но это не так.
Теперь машина ржавеет под моим домом. Это очень обидно для меня.
Она ездит, и в нормальном состоянии. Хоть и является старой и не модной.
Я водить не умею.
