В течение всего срока действия настоящего соглашения Лицензиат признает и будет признавать действительность прав собственников на "патенты" и не будет оспаривать или препятствовать выдаче "патентов" сам и содействовать другим в таких действиях.

Результаты (английский) 1:

Throughout the term of this agreement licensee agrees and will recognize the validity of the rights owners to "patents" and will not challenge or impede the extradition "patents" and help others to do so.

Результаты (английский) 2:

During the term of this Agreement, Licensee acknowledges and will recognize the validity of the rights of owners to "patents" and will not challenge or prevent the issuance of "patents" itself and to promote other such actions.
