Перемены - нарушение привычных схем, потеря контроля над происходящим. Когда мы существуем в рамках повторяющихся привычных действий, мы знаем, что будет. Как только мы выходим за рамки этих действий, мы перестаём знать, что будет, всё становится непонятным, а следовательно пугающим. Мы хотим всё контролировать, а результаты перемен мы контролировать не можем
