Each person to live a normal life to take care of themselves and maintain their health. This is especially important in today's society due to the high levels of pollution, as people because of this suffer from many diseases. I believe that the best way to maintain your health are frequent physical exercises. Firstly, they keep us on our toes, strengthen the body, making it resistant to many diseases. It is also well-supported athletic exercise not only physical but also intellectual form. Secondly, it is useful to observe certain diet. Proper nutrition will protect us from obesity, diabetes, heart disease and other hazards. It has a positive effect on the immune system and on our appearance. The main thing is not to overdo it. However, people often forget to work, they do not have enough free time to look after their health. In today's society, almost all people lead a sedentary lifestyle, eating at fast food restaurants. They often feel anxious and depressed, have poor posture and problems with digestion. Also, people have bad habits such as smoking, alcohol and drugs. Due to the periodic stress of their health deteriorates and to dissociate itself from this they are using harmful substances. This is very harmful to health, especially for the nervous and endocrine systems. And yet we must not forget about your health. It is important for everyone, because it helps people to live for pleasure. In conclusion, I want to say that in spite of the daily load must take care of yourself, do not use harmful substances and do exercises in the morning.
