9.11.1 Вся документация и информация, конфиденциальная и предназначенная компании NCsoft и также являющаяся ее собственностью, которую предоставляет компания NCsoft в связи с настоящим Договором, должна рассматриваться Дистрибьютором и его служащими конфиденциальной, и не может быть раскрыта без предварительного письменного разрешения компании NCSOFT (“Конфиденциальная Информация”). Все письменные материалы, используемые Дистрибьютором относительно Программ Исходных Кодов, будут считаться Конфиденциальной Информацией без дальнейших указаний.
