4.5. Стороны ежемесячно производят сверку расчетов. Таможенный представитель обязан подготовить и предоставить Клиенту акт сверки расчетов в течение 10 (Десяти) рабочих дней месяца, следующего за отчетным, посредством электронной почты по адресам (указать адреса эл. почты) и /или иные адреса Клиента с доменом daimler.com с последующим предоставлением оригинала акта сверки до 20 (Двадцатого) числа месяца, следующего за отчетным месяцем. Клиент обязан в течение 10 (Десяти) рабочих дней рассмотреть предоставленный Таможенным представителем акт сверки и при отсутствии возражений подписать, скрепить печатью и один экземпляр акта сверки возвратить Таможенному представителю. При наличии возражений, Клиент в тот же срок направляет их Таможенному представителю в письменном виде.
