Я запрашивала у вас возврат денежных средств за не полученный товар. За товар я оплачивала 141,28 руб, а на счет PayPal было зачислено 135,42 руб, но на кредитную карту эти денежные средства не поступили. Прошу вас разобраться с этим вопросом.
