Здравствуйте! Мне ответили по поводу посылки на электронную почту.
Уважаемая Галина!
В соответствии с положениями Всемирной почтовой конвенции, все права на международное почтовое отправление (МПО) принадлежат отправителю до его вручения адресату, в том числе и право изменения/уточнения адреса. Для переадресации, дополнения или уточнения адреса получателя МПО отправителю необходимо обратиться в Почтовую службу своей страны и оформить соответствующее заявление. Все изменения в адрес получателя могут быть внесены только после того, как ФГУП «Почта России» будет получено официальное уведомление от Иностранной почтовой администрации о переадресации отправления.

При дальнейшем обращении по этому вопросу просьба ссылаться на первичный номер обращения 688487 и сохранять переписку.
