Снижение количества В-клеток (CD45+

Снижение количества В-клеток (CD45+CD19+) было на 10-30 сутки наблюдения. Оно сопровождалось снижением концентрации иммуноглобулинов, а именно Ig M. Уровень IL-1ra на протяжении всего периода регенерациии был ниже концентрации IL-1α примерно в 2 раза. Через 1 месяц после операции отмечались активация фагоцитарных реакций, ингибирование В-клеточного звена, дисинтерлекинемия. Через 3 месяца после операции было выявлено увеличение числа CD45+CD19+-клеток, изменялось соотношение CD45+CD3+/CD45+CD19+, функциональная и метаболическая активность нейтрофилов нормализовались.
