Обязанности департаментов – поддержка системы планирования и реализации стратегических планов всех структурных подразделений, проводит мониторинг выполнения показателей и индикаторов.
Кафедрами университета разработаны стратегические планы развития структурных подразделений. Составлены годовые планы работы кафедры и индивидуальные планы работы ППС.
Факультет составляет план работы факультета, цели, задач с указанием целевых индикаторов, основные мероприятия по направлениям деятельности: учебной, учебно-методической, научно-исследовательской, воспитательной работы.
Участие администрации, ППС и магистрантов в формировании и поддержки политики обеспечения качества образовательных программ осуществляется при освоении и решении следующих процессов:
