Зимой в одном из подвалов организован ночной экстремальный каток. Существуют также сведения о появлении в больнице сектантов, сатанистов, бомжей и других криминальных элементов. В 1990 году в здании больницы была убита девушка. В конце марта 2011 года здесь было совершено разбойное нападение на фотографа. Место считается небезопасным.
