Пожалуйста, обратите внимание на несколько важных моментов по оформлению визы в Республику Казахстан.
1. Гражданам стран Содружества Независимых Государств (СНГ), а именно Азербайджана, Армении, Беларусь, Грузии, Кыргызстана, Молдовы*, России, Таджикистана, Узбекистана и Украины* въездная виза в Казахстан не требуется. (*За исключением Молдовы, до 90 дней и Украины, до 3 месяцев, пребывание может быть безвизовым).
2. Все остальные иностранные граждане должны получить въездную визу в Казахстан.
3. Существует несколько типов въездных виз:
Деловые визы выдаются иностранным гражданам и лицам без гражданства, направляющимся в Казахстан с деловыми целями (для участия в деловых переговорах, различных форумах, изучения рынка и т. п.) на основании ходатайств негосударственных юридических лиц, зарегистрированных на территории Республики Казахстан.
Туристские визы выдаются по получении подтверждения о приеме местной туристской организацией, имеющей лицензию на осуществление туристской деятельности.
Транзитные визы выдаются при наличии визы, действительной для въезда в страну назначения и соответствующих билетов с подтверждением в них даты выезда из пункта пересадки на территории Казахстана, не позднее 5 суток с момента прибытия в порт или станцию, расположенную на территории Казахстана.
Дипломатические визы выдаются обладателям дипломатических паспортов, а также в отдельных случаях, когда выдача дипломатической визы признана целесообразной. Дипломатические визы оформляются без взимания консульских сборов.
Служебные визы выдаются персоналу иностранных дипломатических и иных представительств и международных организаций, не являющемуся дипломатическим персоналом, а также иностранным гражданам и лицам без гражданства, следующим по служебным делам, приглашаемым государственными органами Республики Казахстан.
Инвесторские визы выдаются реальным инвесторам — руководителям и представителям управленческого звена крупных зарубежных компаний, работающих на казахстанском рынке или имеющих действующие планы по развитию бизнес-проектов.
Рабочие визы Визы на осуществление рабочей деятельности (рабочие визы) выдаются при наличии разрешения на привлечение иностранной рабочей силы и прочих соответствующих документов, если международным договором и соглашением Республики Казахстан не предусмотрено иное.
Визы на учебу выдаются при наличии разрешений органов внутренних дел, выдаваемых на основании ходатайств учебных заведений.
Визы на лечение выдаются иностранцам и лицам без гражданства, следующим в Казахстан для лечения, медицинского обследования, консультаций и с другими аналогичными целями на основании ходатайств соответствующих учреждений и организаций, подтверждающих характер вызова.
Визы на постоянное жительство выдаются при наличии документов, установленных законодательством.

ВАЖНОЕ ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Выдача виз по прибытию не производится.
4. Для большинства видов въездных виз срок действия паспорта должен истекать не ранее 6 (шести) месяцев после планируемой даты отъезда. Выданную визу обычно вклеивают в ваш паспорт.
5. К каждому обращению за визой должно прилагаться письмо-приглашение.
6. Письмо-приглашение не требуется для получения однократной въездной служебной, частной, деловой или туристской визы гражданам следующих стран:
Австралия, Австрия, Бельгия, Венгрия, Великобритания, Греция, Дания, Израиль, Ирландия, Испания, Исландия, Италия, Канада, Лихтенштейн, Люксембург, Малайзия, Монако, Нидерланды, Новая Зеландия, Норвегия, Объединённые Арабские Эмираты, Польша, Португалия, Республика Хорватия, Республика Корея, Саудовская Аравия, Сингапур, Словацкая Республика, США, Финляндия, Франция, Швеция, Швейцария и Япония.

7. Для получения многократной въездной, деловой и туристской визы требуется также разрешение миграционной полиции Министерства Внутренних Дел, если приглашающее лицо является негосударственной организацией.
8. За въездной визой необходимо обращаться в дипломатическое или консульское учреждение Республики Казахстан в стране пребывания. Список всех дипломатических учреждений Казахстана представлен в разделе Полезная информация/Дипломатические миссии/За рубежом (Казахстанские) нашего сайта.
9. При обращении за визой необходимы следующие документы:
a. действительный паспорт;
b. фотография на паспорт;
e. письмо-приглашение.
Консул может на месте принять решение о необходимости дополнительных документов.
10. Консульский сбор взимается при оформлении любой визы, кроме дипломатической.

Иностранным гражданам и лицам без гражданства для въезда на территорию Республики Казахстан необходима виза, если иной порядок не установлен международным договором РК.
Виза РК вклеивается в паспорт или другой признаваемый РК документ, удостоверяющий личность и действительный для проезда, и дает право въезда и пребывания в РК, а также выезда из нее или пересечения территории РК транзитом.
