Пять месяцев правительства Кириенко - это попытка президента перехватить инициативу в области экономической политики. На мой взгляд, Ельцин предложил стране хорошего премьера, который начал делать стратегически очень правильные вещи. Однако чтобы действия правительства были успешными, необходима поддержка парламентским большинством. И здесь ситуация с правительством Кириенко во многом сходна с ситуацией 1991 года.
